Right of withdrawal
You are entitled, within fourteen days without giving any reason to revoke the purchase agreement. The withdrawal period is fourteen days beginning from the day you buy, or have taken possession of the goods, including by a known-third party, excluding the transporter/deliverer.

You can use the provided formular, an alternative standardised withdrawal formular or fill out the electronic formular providing a clear explanation and submit via our website (www.hifi-im-hinterfof.de)
In this instance you will recieve a confirmation of the receipt of the email pertaining to the desire to terminate the contract. This will be used in order to observe the revocation period and is sufficient evidence that both parties are aware of the communication concerning the transaction sufficient and that it was sent and received before the withdrawal deadline.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the purchase contract, we refund all the recieved payments including the cost of delivery (excluding any additional costs resultant from alternative modes of delivery/personal shipping preferences not offered by us) without delay and no later than fourteen (14) days.
The date from which the repayment period shall begin is the day on which your cancellation formular was recieved. For refunding your payments, we use the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless an alternative has bee explicitly agreed upon otherwise; in no event will you because this repayment charges calculated. You will not be charged any additional fees in this case.
Should you return the purchase in its entireity, or only partially, in a deteriorated condition, you must a relative compensation for the value. In some cases this can result in you forgoing the right to revoke your purchase contract and, in that case, the obligations to to the contractual payments remain.
With the release of objects this does not apply if the deterioration is exclusively due to their inspection as such an inspection would take place in our store. Additionally to avoid having to pay compensation, you should strive to adhere to the proper usage of the item, treating them as though they no not yet your full legal property nor omitting necessary appliances which can decrease the value. Transportable items will be returned at our cost and risk. Items unsuitable for shipping with be picked up at your residence or supplied address. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. Your time period begins when you send back your cancellation formular or the purchased goods and for us with the receipt of said goods.
If you have financed the purchase contract through a loan and consequnetly revoke the financed contract, you are no longer bound to the loan agreement if the two contracts form one economic unit. This shall be assumed in particular if we are at the same time the lender for the customer or if the lender makes use of the cooperation with us with regard to financing. If we have already received the loan when the cancellation or the return becomes effective, the lender shall assume our rights and obligations in relation to the customer with regard to the legal consequences of the cancellation or return.
If you want to avoid a contractual relation as far as possible, withdraw both contractual statements separately.
In case of an effective cancellation the mutually received benefits are to be returned and possible utilization (e.g. interest) surrendered

Exclusion and Rights of Termination
The right to return does not apply to contracts for the supply of:
- Goods which are not prefabricated and have been manufactured on the basis of a personal choice or according to customer specifications, or of goods which have clearly been tailored to the customer’s personal requirements. (Example: TV Furniture)
- Goods that are not suitable to return for reasons of health or hygiene if they are unsealed after delivery. (Example: in-ear headphones)
- Goods that have been combined inseperably with other goods after delivery.
- Audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
