Why is it beneficial to trial audio / video components at your specialty retailer?

Finding the system of your dream could be oh so simple: Read a test review, order online, purchase on the Internet, and own the BEST system.

Errr, hold on a minute: What does BEST mean anyway? Listening to music is an emotional, sensory and, above all, individual experience that is subject to individual taste. A brief analogy: A good friend of mine likes East Indian cuisine – I, personally, can't quite acquire a taste for it and would rather prefer traditional Vietnamese. On our search for the city's best restaurant we will most likely come up with different names and locations – and conceive our statements as true. However, it is NOT a question of right and/or wrong.

When it comes down to it, you can only follow our recommendations and be content with your choice once you have tried either cuisine, once you let yourself in for either experience and know what to expect. Most people go out for dinner far more frequently than, say, compare loudspeakers. Hence, it is quite difficult to describe differences in perception of sound, or verbalise with unmistakable decidedness differences in sound reproduction. Similarly, it is close to impossible to indicate a favourite device based on a review or a product description. The more there is listening experience to tap into and the more one knows about the listener's preferences in sound, the easier it turns out to recommend and to find the 'right', the most coherent system suited for YOU. Is there any better way to get to know each other than while listening to music and directly exchanging one's experiences?

Let's cut to the chase: If you have the option, listen to the system you are interested in; bring the music of your choice in order to experience the speakers and equipment in action. Looking back on more than three decades of experience, we thoroughly advise you to not rely on someone else's recommendation when it comes to YOUR taste.

Equipment discovered … and what about the price?

It is in our interest to sell equipment at a fair price – so you are content in the long run. We offer reasonable prices, be they a 'special price', or a 'package price' in the event you purchase a number of devices at once. If you have the feeling that our prices are not current or not competitive, please don't hesitate to let us know; either personally at the retail store, by email or by telephone.

Which modalities of payments are available at the retail store?


Electronic cash (EC) and cash. We charge your debit card by way of signature and not PIN, hence there is no daily limit. The customary term is ELV, Elektronisches Lastschriftverfahren.

What modalities of payments are available at the online shop?

You may pay per PayPal, advance payment, or COD (+8€) for deliveries within Germany. Deliveries outside Germany exclude the COD option.

Financing?

You may take advantage of 0.0% financing, if the sum total is equal to or more than 998€. We require a valid government-issued identification card, your EC / Debit Card (or legible photo-copies thereof), as well as some information regarding both your employment and income status.

Are all items offered at our online shop on stock at all times?

It is in our and your interest to have on stock at all times as many devices as possible in order to respond to customer requests flexibly. However, this is not possible at any given point in time. In case of urgent collection and delivery, please inquire in advance by telephone or email and have the item of your choice reserved. Unfortunately, the online shop does not resemble our factual inventory.

Delivery period for items ordered per Internet?

Within Germany: 2-3 work days as of receipt of payment and if item(s) on stock. Outside Germany: depending on region between 3 and (in rare cases) 21 work days (non-EU countries).
